I REALLY HATE MYSELF

For not having the discipline to finish up a challenge i set for myself. For trying to repeated screw things up for myself. For becoming someone so unmotivated and foreign to my own self. Who am I?

On one hand, i gotta tell myself stop beating myself up for things. So many of them are outta my control. I just gotta let them go. On the other, I hate it that I dont do enough, to change things for myself. So what gives?

Having a rough day. But honestly. The start of my 100 days challenge made me so strong, I wanna feel it again. I am starting all OVER. I AM STARTING TOMORROW.

I am trying to give myself a chance. To be who I really want to be. 

Day 54 - Tennis Tension

I woke up with body aches, but am going to plough through the day with all the determination in the world. 

\ Work Out

8pm Tennis Class Number 2.

\ Food In was pretty moderate. :)

1. Breakfast was air.

2. Lunch was Myammar food (w the MA5)

3. Dinner was not much, just a lil rice n mushrooms at home.

4. Drinks was too much. WOOZY!

Day 53 - Need motivation?

I decided to do up some motivation boards to display in my room. Self employment as a property agent really digs up a whole deal of discipline and motivation in one. 

\ Work Out was minimal

\ Food In was bad

Bfast was a cold omelette mushroom wrap.

Lunch was some nasi lemak (shared w Juls), some garlic bread and some microwave pizza (my staff made for me).

Dinner was some buffet at the AZ launch, and some homecooked rice at home.

Day 52 -Gotta track em habits.

Hi tumblr, you have been inactive due to my very lousy determination. I know, it is time to train the brain. LETS ROLL. I have tonnes of happy things to do. Like.. working out and then having chicken for dinner. Then working on all my work stuff tonight. Today has been alright. :)

\Work Out was fucking awesome

1. Bodyrock x 7 x 50secs 

2. Skips x 3 x 200 Reps

3. Abs x 2 x 150 Reps

4. Jog x 1 x 2km

\ Food In was moderate

1. Breakfast was a breakfast set at the tax seminar. Two half boiled eggs, 1 slice of toast and a cup of coffee.

2. Lunch was a beef + cheese wrap i made.

3. Tea was a cupcake + coffee.

4. Dinner was hainanese chicken rice.

Day 51 - Distance is Imaginary

Career wise I am in some extremely exciting times. Just need to get my act together to get a system going. And everything will be awesome. Turn my sorrows into treasured gold. :)

Dinner was a subway sandwich n 50ml of diet coke!

Day 54 - D.I.S.C.I.P.L.I.N.E ?

Short of getting that tattoed on me cos I really need it. Day 55 onwards will be toughing it out. You heard that.

Day 53 - Sleepless

Had a sad dream, it is those dreams where you wake up drenched in the absolute emptiness from realisation that th dream is what it is, and will never happen in reality.  Anws, meeting lotsa friends today for tea and dinner. WILL MAKE THIS A GD DAY.

Bfast was a charcoal bun w custard filling. (sounds weird but qt tasty, wuts new w asian food)

Lunch was High tea buffet at Equinox. Thanks Doro. :)

Dinner was at Japanese buffet Shinryoku Restaurant. Happy Bday Susan. 

Too much food for a day. SERIOUSLY.

Day 52 - A lil hard on you.

Reworking up a sweat is a lil hard. But I almost forgot how ood it feels to eat healthy n work out and see a sweaty sports attire lying there after my hot shower.  Cheers to an early weekend from tomorrow! :D

4 km Jog (Boy this was truly difficult after a 2 weeks hiatus!)

Bfast was Coffee n biscuits

Lunch was a teochew kueh and two bowls of soya beancurd

Dinner was japanese at Sushi Tei.
